Role Overview

This role is responsible for enforcing and promoting a strong, hard-core work culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and growth. The ideal candidate will develop and implement HR strategies that align with Lila’s mission and high-performance culture while serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO on organizational design, workforce planning, and people challenges.

Key responsibilities include leading company-wide KPI management to drive accountability and performance, as well as evaluating and optimizing organizational structures to enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition, identifying top-tier talent that aligns with Lila’s values and high standards.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the company’s dynamic environment.
  • Design and implement career development frameworks, succession planning, and high-impact performance management systems.
  • Lead employer branding efforts to position Lila as a top employer within the gaming industry.

2. Employee Engagement & Development

  • Develop programs to boost employee engagement, commitment, and alignment with company goals.
  • Manage the performance review process, ensuring goal-setting and evaluations are consistent, transparent, and growth-oriented.
  • Provide leadership and management coaching to foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, systems, and processes that uphold legal compliance and best practices.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues tactfully and fairly, ensuring a consistent approach to disciplinary and grievance matters.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on strategic HR leadership, preferably within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, people management, and developing high-performance cultures.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership and drive people-related strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in the gaming or technology industry is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing techniques, including leveraging AI.
  • High degree of resilience, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and the ability to thrive in a demanding, results-driven environment.
